Warranty
Technology Experts provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on all new computer systems. A minimum system is defined as case, power supply, system board, CPU, memory, floppy drive, hard drive, video card, keyboard, and mouse purchased as new components from and assembled by Technology Experts Computer Services. Additional new parts purchased from and installed by Technology Experts at the time of system purchase are also covered by the one year warranty. Labor and parts required to correct warranty related issues caused by the installation of hardware/software installed by customer deemed by Technology Experts Computer Services to have caused the issue will be billed to customer at current labor and parts prices.

Technology Experts Computer Services provides a 90 day parts and labor warranty on all used/demo computer systems. A minimum system is defined as case, power supply, system board, CPU, memory, floppy drive, hard drive, video card, keyboard, and mouse purchased as used/demo components from and assembled by Technology Experts Computer Services. Additional used parts purchased from and installed by Technology Experts Computer Services at the time of system purchase are also covered by the one year warranty. Technology Experts Computer Services has a very simple repair guarantee. If we don't fix it you don't pay. There is no charge for carry in service on a problem that Technology Experts diagnosis and cannot resolve. Completed repairs are guaranteed for 90 days on labor, one year on new parts purchased from and installed by Technology Experts Computer Services, and 90 days on used parts purchased from and installed by Technology Experts Computer Services. Technology Experts Computer Services sells components and software on a request basis. Parts warranties are those offered by the manufacture and vary from components to component. There is generally a 30-day swap out warranty on defective parts offered by the suppliers Technology Experts Computer Services uses and this warranty is passed onto the purchaser. All original parts, documentation and packaging must be returned for warranty service. Please see your Technology Experts Computer Services representative for details.
